Married, at the Lutheran Parsonage, by Rev. W.F. Steek, March 7, 1901, Russel Dimm, of Muncy, and Carrie Lindauer, of Turbotville, Pa.
Fague and Dimm are on the street with a new coal wagon. The wood work was done by Fred Frey and the iron work by Brewer Brothers.
Dr. W. L. King, who has been a resident of Hughesville for the past year, on Tuesday moved to this place to the property he recently purchased from Dr. C.E. Albright. His office will be at his residence for the present.

Died: Clay Whitmoyer, died at the home of is father, Richard Whitmoyer, near Pine Summit, on Saturday last, aged 28 years.
While Patrick Malone, a member of the Williamsport Police force, was chasing a burglar from the Mosser tanner, at Newberry, at 8 o’clock Wednesday, the man turned and fired killing the officer with the first shot from the pistol.
John W. Brewer died at a hospital, at Wilkinsburg, Pa., on Friday last, of Tuberculosis, aged 58 years. He was a son of the late Moses and Mary Wendell Brewer, and was born and spent most of his life in Muncy.
Born on Saturday, March 9, to Mr. and Mrs. Harry Little, of Light Street, R.F.D. No. 1, a daughter.

Muncy friends of Mr. and MRs. Harry B. Houghton, of Oklahoma City, Okla. were deeply grieved and shocked on Sunday night to learn of her untimely death, when she was run down at a busy street intersection in Oklahoma City, as she was walking home for church.
Died: Mrs. Elizabeth F. Doctor, wife of Leonard Doctor, of Delaware Twp. died at her home at 7:15 o’clock last Thursday evening, in the 59th year of her age, after a long illness.
Mr. and Mrs. Henry G. Brock left Sunday morning with motor car and trailer, for San Antonio, Texas, near where they will visit on the King Ranch.
Mrs. Daniel Gottschall was tendered a birthday surprise dinner party on Friday noon, by a number of her friends, who then spent the afternoon quilting.
Mrs. Agnes Smith, of the Hughesville post office, was a visitor in Muncy Monday morning.
Albert Snyder of Lairdsville had two fingers on his right hand amputated at the Muncy Valley Private Hospital, last Thursday. He was injured while at work at the Myers Grist Mill in Lairdsville.

Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Ciraulo have purchased the Marlin Little residence on Quarry Road.
The Zion Lutheran Church in Turbotville will be setting for the wedding on March 20 of Miss Peggy Hoy and Robert Weaver.
