On Friday evening the Yule street decorations will be turned on for the first time, having been virtually completed last weekend, except for the new materials which are still arriving.
Dr. I. G. Kim , a native of Korea who has been on staff of the Allentown General Hospital, will open an office in Hughesville for general practice of medicine within the next week.
The Muncy Band Parents association has voted unanimously to provide the financial means to send the MHS band to the National Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington,D. C. in April.
Muncy’s newest industry, Glamorise Foundations,w ill have an open house Friday so that area residents may inspect the new facility.
Mr. and Mrs. James S. Wilson of N.J. have announced the approaching marriage of their daughter, Barbara, to Thomas T. Taber III, of Muncy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Taber, of Madison, N.J.
The wedding of Miss Kathryn Kepner, fifth grade teacher in the Muncy elementary school, and Obed Dildine, on Thanksgiving eve, Nov. 21.

Danny Miller, Picture Rocks, 4 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Miller, fell from a ladder while playing on Sunday and fractured his elbow in three places.
