Died-Mrs. Hannah Woodward, aged 79 years.

H. Stelwagon, proprietor of the Quaker City Stained Glass works, has presented the Lutheran church with a transom for over the front door.

The front of Muncy Valley House, of which D.W. Yothers is the popular host, has been improved by putting in handsome windows, with two panes to each window, on the first floor.

The spring terms of the Normal school opens April 5. Principal Emerson Collins expects any out-of-town students during the session.

Died: William T. McCarty died at his home up Glade Run Tuesday night, aged 83 years; Mrs. Thomas Heimbach at the family home on Mechanic street, this Thursday morning, aged 69 years.
