Died-in Clinton Twp. on Wednesday morning last, Miss Lizzie, daughter of Dr. Hugh Montgomery, in the 16th year of her age.
Died: At the residence of his father in Muncy township, on Sunday evening last, Mr. John I. Good, son of Mr. Michael Good, aged 21 years, 8 months, and 9 days.

Never has Muncy received as much praise from press and people as she has had over the decorations in honor of the Odd Fellows’ anniversary on Wednesday last.
Professor Elisha Gray, brother of our respected townsman, MR. R.E. Gray, is making quite a stir in electrical circles by the invention of the “telautograph”, the meaning of which is: “you are writing from a distance”. By this machine you write with pen or pencil at one end of the line, and the writing is produced at the other by a transmitter. It is said that it is one of the greatest inventions of the age.

Grace Kiess was married Easter Sunday to Robert Kerfoot of N.Y.
Robert Eaker, formerly of Muncy, who enlisted in the Navy six weeks ago, visited relatives in town recently.
Pennsdale-The service in the E.V. Church East morning was well attended, attendance in Sunday School being 178.
Sherman Lyons has purchased the home, owned by the Gray family for many years, recently owned by the late Mrs. Cappy Gray.
Clarkstown-Ralph Shaner and family have moved to Picture Rocks where they occupy the home of Mrs. Sarah Reeder.
J.B. Mitchell and family have moved from the Elmer Foust farm to the farm of B.L. Shipman.
Huntersville-Mrs. Larue Webster attended the funeral of Jean Eaker at Muncy last week.
J. Webb Hurd died suddenly at his home at Vineland, N.J. Tuesday morning. Mr. Hurd is the husband of the former Miss Jennie Buss of Muncy.
Mrs. Grace Hill has received a telegram notifying her of the death of her son Zane Hill, April 21. The service man was in New Guinea when the tragedy occurred.
Mrs. Cather Steinruck, 83, died at the home of her son Rollie at Unityville Sunday afternoon.
Mrs. Edna Forrest, 63, of Washington St., died Tuesday morning.

The 1993 Muncy Little League season got underway last Saturday with Opening Day Ceremonies at Kiess Park.
Seth Burns, first grade student at the Montgomery Elementary School, has been awarded the top place of the recent Wildfire Prevention Poster Contest.
