With a fiddle and a viola, “From Here To Pompeii”, a local duo performed at the Meck Senior Center on March 17 for a Saint Patrick’s Day celebration. Performers, Caleb Banas and Erin LaCerra played festive Irish folklore tunes and traditional Celtic melodies from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. while the seniors who were dressed in a sea of green enjoyed corned beef and cabbage.
