LEWISBURG – Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village will host a “Smart Seniors” lunch and learn session on how to downsize and sell a home at noon April 6.

“If people find the thought of selling a home and transitioning to a retirement community overwhelming, our seminar is designed to provide the information needed to make a stress-free and smooth move,” says Gretchen Nash of the Buffalo Valley staff. The speaker for the event will be Christine Mallula from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hodrick Realty.

The event will include tours of the new homes being built at Buffalo Valley.
