PHILLIPS-Elery E. Phillips, 72, of Muncy, died Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. Born Oct. 3, 1950 in Muncy, he was a son of Ernest and Miriam (Burrows) Phillips. Burial at Twin Hills Memorial Park, Montoursville.

HOULT-Kathy M. Hoult, 69, formally of Montgomery, passed away at WeCare at Loyalsock, on Friday, May 12, 2023. She was born on Sept. 23, 1953 in Williamsport, and was the daughter of Tim and June Long.
